In 2016, a major art institution was searching for a staffing and EOR payrolling partner to act as an extension of its HR team and help manage its vast contingent workforce across various departments. Atrium’s account manager is on-site weekly and delivers a monthly report that provides visibility into financial and staffing details, as well as bi-annual business reviews. We also collaborate with the client’s HR department to ensure transparency in pay.

Since the beginning of the relationship, Atrium has consistently provided the right talent, producing a conversion rate of 10.4% with 43 candidates converting to full-time employees. Atrium has filled 100% of the requested positions without the use of a subcontractor, and although we have 48 hours from job intake to submit profiles, we typically submit them within 24 hours.
